The film follows a young teen named Allen as he fights with his alcoholic mother and responsibilities as caregiver to his little sister Lisa. Consumed by his rock n’ roll life style, Allen finds refuge with his best friend Devin and true love Johanna. Through hardship, he discovers music’s eternal ability to save the soul.
