When Communication Engineers Derek and Jay Powers are affected by the experimental energy emissions of a private research company’s antenna, their high-risk world gets even more dangerous. Jay’s obsessive nature sees him becoming part of the experiments with other subjects while resenting Derek’s attempts to rid them all of their symptoms. Motivated by separate concerns, the two cousins strive to reconcile their newfound abilities and their relationship through action, comedy, compassion and more action. To save Jay from himself, Derek must learn how to harness his abilities and meet the super human crew at the research facility head on. But when Jay reacts adversely to Derek’s interference, the series of events ultimately lead to the birth of a new superhero . . . and super villain.
