2010 Festival passes are now on sale. Passes may be purchased using the links below. Individual tickets will go on sale at a later date in May when the programming line-up and schedule are released. Please join our mailing list to be notified!
CONSIDER PUCHASING A PASS - Passes offer convenience and flexibility:
- Pass holders are given priority entry over individual ticket holders up to 15 minutes prior to showtime.
- You don’t have to preselect which films and seminars you want to attend – you can decide at any time.
- You get to move to the beginning of the lines.
- The Patron Pass, FastPass, and Super Pass include entry into opening night's street party and screening under the stars.
- The Patron Pass and FastPass also get you into two of our private mixers, where you have the chance to mingle with our VIP guests.
- The Patron Pass also provides a convenient way to show your support for the festival, and allows for a tax deduction of $200.
2010 Ticket / Pass Options:
- Patron Pass [$500]: Support the festival while having a good time! Entitles holder to first entry to all films and seminars for the entire Festival, including Thursday night's street party, as well as exclusive entry to the Friday and Saturday evening VIP mixers.
$200 of this pass is tax deductible.
- FastPass [$300] Entitles holder to first entry to all films and seminars for the entire Festival, including Thursday night's street party, as well as, exclusive entry to the Friday and Saturday evening VIP mixers.
- Super Pass [$200] Entitles holder to priority entry to all films and seminars for the entire Festival, including Thursday night's street party.
- Day Passes [Fri $70][Sat $75] [Sun $70]: Entitles holder to priority entry to all films and seminars for one day of the Festival.
- Individual Tickets: All showings and seminars are $10
PASS PHOTOS: To avoid a $5 processing fee and to allow pre-fabrication of passes, we must receive a passport-style photo (headshot) no later than noon on Wednesday, June 10th. A form will be available to upload a digital photo for each pass upon completion of your online order. Alternatively, stop by the festival office during office hours beginning Friday May 22nd to have a photo taken (347 Water Street, Saugatuck, 9am-5pm), or email your photo(s), along with the order number and associated names, to passphotos@waterfrontfilm.org. If we do not receive a photo in advance, please allow 45 minutes for pickup, as it is expected you will have to wait for your pass to be generated, and a $5 processing charge will be incurred.
PLEASE NOTE OUR SEATING AND TICKETING POLICY:
Due to the overwhelming popularity of some films, seats can only be guaranteed 15 minutes prior to showtime. It is highly recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. Passes are given priority entry (when doors open, typically 15-30 minutes prior to showtime), but for sold out shows, if you are not there 15 minutes before the screening, we can not guarantee you a seat. 15 minutes prior to showtime, vacant seats will be forfeited and resold as Rush Sales to waiting patrons.
