Thursday, June 22 is officially sold out! 
However, some tickets are still available for Friday's film screening followed by a Meet & Greet Reception featuring food and beverages from Orlando's Catering, New Holland Brewing, Butch's Dry Dock, and Biggby Coffee.  There are also tickets still available for the matinee screening on Saturday @ 11am.  All proceeds will be donated to help raise awareness and find a cure for Friedreich's Ataxia (FA).

Waterfront Film volunteers make final preparations for Kick-off Event, June 22-24

A former auto garage on the corner of Columbia Avenue and 20th Street in Holland is undergoing a transformation to become a new screening and event venue.  Waterfront Film Festival has been working over the past year to complete the Phase I renovation in time for its first screening in the new facility. Features of the renovation include a large theater area and versatile gathering space, as well as offices, and a new outdoor green space. 

The June 22-24 kick-off event will feature the Audience Award-winning film "The Ataxian."  Read more...

Purchase tickets to WFF's first film screening in our new venue, being held Thursday June 22nd - Saturday June 24th. Waterfront Film Festival will donate the proceeds from the fundraiser ticket sales to raising awareness and finding a cure for Friedreich's ataxia (FA).

Seating is limited so advance tickets are recommended. Tickets are priced at $25 to attend the film and Fundraiser Reception at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 22 and 7 p.m. Friday, June 23 at Waterfront Film Festival’s new facility located at 479 Columbia Avenue in Holland. An encore matinee screening on Saturday June 24 11 a.m. will be offered for $10.

Waterfront Film Festival recently announced the opening of its new screening and event venue located in Holland, Michigan. The Thursday, June 22 Grand Opening will feature a multiple Audience Award winning favorite film as well as a Meet & Greet Reception. The event is aimed to help bring awareness to a rare genetic disorder that affects a local woman who also was recently diagnosed with Stage IV cancer. 

The film shown will be “THE ATAXIAN” – an inspiring documentary about two guys affected with the degenerative neuromuscular disorder Friedreich’s ataxia who race across the country on bikes to raise money and awareness for the cause.
